Who you're buying from

Alex Lee, 65 Hazleton Way, Waterlooville, Hampshire, England, PO8 9BP, trading as Settled Tools, a sole trader. Email: hello@settledtools.co.uk.

What you're buying

The service shown on the website at the price shown, in pounds sterling. After you pay I'll email you for the details I need. I aim to reply within one working day and to deliver as soon as I reasonably can.

Monthly plans

Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel. Cancel any time by emailing me; there's no notice period or cancellation fee, and the plan ends at the end of the month you've paid for. One-off setup fees are not refundable once setup has started, except under the fault clause below.

Refunds and fixes

If something I've built is broken or isn't working because of a fault on my side, I'll fix it or refund you. I don't offer refunds for change of mind once work has begun. This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer or, where you're buying for business, any rights that can't be excluded by law.

Your responsibilities

Give me accurate information and the access I need. You're responsible for what you publish and for the accuracy of prices and services shown on anything I build for you. For the missed-call text-back, you're responsible for telling callers they'll be texted where required, and for keeping your network and phone plan active.

What I can't promise

These tools help you respond to customers; I can't promise a particular number of enquiries or jobs. Services depend on third-party networks and platforms, and I'm not responsible for outages outside my control.

Code and ownership

For the five-page website, I hand over the code and it's yours. For hosted plans, the site stays on my hosting while you subscribe, and on cancelling I'll send you the files.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise my liability is limited to the amount you've paid me for the service concerned.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
